Our Department is a dynamic department that strives to prepare its students to serve in a global war force and to pursue careers that are not limited by geographical boundaries. The Department always encourages research oriented and skill-based learning in various fields of plant sciences and interdisciplinary. Current thrust areas of teaching and research provide students with substantial exposure and hands-on training in a variety of subject areas in plant biology like-
